Recipe Contest Winners Announced!

Cornell Dining chefs created unique fruit- and vegetable-based recipes to be showcased at the Five Days of Five Recipe Contest on March 24th. Over 300 students participated in this event, tasting the delicious Five Days dishes before voting for their favorites. All of the dishes were vegetarian, and most were also vegan!

The following are the dishes that won:

  • 1st Place: Adam June, Curried Sweet Potato Bisque
  • 2nd Place: Mark McHugh, Kale & Quinoa with Oven-Roasted Tomatoes
  • 3rd Place: Stephen Snyder, Broccoli Bones Stir-Fry with Sweet Chili Orange Sauce
