Formerly home to the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity, 625 University Avenue is a beautiful four-story house, just across the street from the main building of Alice Cook House.  The building features an expansive first-floor living room and TV room with hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, and a lower-level kitchen and dining room.  

Beginning in fall 2014, 625 University Avenue will be part of the Alice Cook House community in the West Campus House System.

  • Open to upperlevel and transfer undergraduate students
  • 36 residents
  • Located on West Campus, across the street from the main Alice Cook House building
  • Singles and doubles arranged along corridors
  • A large first-floor living room and TV room
  • A lower-level kitchen and dining room
  • Limited on-site parking with the appropriate permit (visit Commuter & Parking Services)
  • Bedrooms contain, for each occupant: an extra-long twin bed, a closest, and a bureau (or wardrobe/bureau combination), a desk and desk chair, a desk lamp, and a wastebasket
