Your Community

Living on campus means being a part of a friendly, diverse community, full of experiences and opportunities that expand far beyond your residence.

With live-in staff support, plenty of opportunities for interaction with faculty members, events to participate in, interesting people to meet, and new things to learn and try, it won't take long for you settle into your new home and start participating in activities that foster camaraderie and a life of the mind.  New undergraduate students can take advantage of extra support and programs offered through the First-Year Experience and Transfer Student Experience

Cornell's residential communities are like villages unto themselves. You'll be a stone's throw away from world-class dining rooms and eateries, active community centers, and your pick of fitness and recreational facilities … not to mention the many outdoor spaces and quads that help make Cornell's campus so famously beautiful, perfect for studying on a blanket in the sun, playing Frisbee, having snowball fights, or even cross-country skiing.
