Wired network issues:

Phone issues:

You can exchange phone cables or broken phones at any service center. If that doesn't fix the problem, please submit a request to have your phone repaired. Note that by submitting a request for repair, you are giving permission to have someone enter your room to fix the phone.

Information for staff:

To report a network or phone issue, please submit a ticket through Student and Academic Services IT.
