Cornell's residence halls open for the Fall 2017 semester on Friday, August 18 at 8:00am. You should plan to move in on Friday August 18 during your assigned time in order to participate in Orientation activities. More information on Orientation can be found here.
Move-in times are assigned as follows:
If your last name begins with Move in between the hours of
H-O 8:00am - 11:00am
P-Z 11:00am - 2:00pm
A-G 2:00pm - 5:00pm

Cornell's undergraduate residences open for the Fall 2017 semester on Friday, August 18 at 8:00am. Because more than 3,500 new first-year and transfer students will be moving in to their buildings that day, we suggest that you plan to arrive on Saturday, August 19 or later. You can move in anytime prior to the start of classes.
